Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the depositing account may be suspended pending review.
If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact the support team with your payment reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first, as duplicate deposits are not automatically refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7777sx and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held at the time of closure may be forfeited.
